"Export University" coming to Jonesboro

Arkansas State University’s Small Business and Technology Development Center will join with the Arkansas District Export Council and the Arkansas Export Assistance Center to launch “Export University” this month. “Export University”is directed toward Arkansas companies wanting to engage in international trade or expand into new international markets.

Gus Malzahn to accept ASU head football job

Several Sources are reporting that Arkansas native Gus Malzahn will become the next head football coach at Arkansas State University.  University officials have called a news conference for 3:30 this afternoon at the Convocation Center to make the announcement.  Malzahn comes to ASU from Auburn, where he has been the offensive coordinator.  He also spent two years at Tulsa.  He spent 2006 at the University of Arkansas as offensive coordinator.  He was also a high school coach in the state, winning three championships.  Malzahn was the 2010 Broyles Award Winner as the nation’s top assistant
