ASU Music Department to present Chancellor's Concert Feb. 21

The Arkansas State University Concert Choir and Wind Ensemble will present the biennial Chancellor's Concert in the Fowler Center this Thursday night, February 21, at 7:30 p.m.  In this Spotlight On The Arts feature, KASU's Marty Scarbrough spoke with Dr. Dale Miller and Dr. Timothy Oliver of the ASU Music Department about this unique collaboration between these two ensembles.
