Hunting and Holiday Seasons -11/26 Weekend

Travel writer Kim Williams prepares us for the holiday (and duck hunting) season with light festivals, duck calling contests, and a way to meet Santa.

Williams takes us to an Arkansas town with a history of one of the largest lighting festivals in the Midsouth. Drive through a 40-acre drive-thru and see over 6 million lights in preparation for the holidays.

Another lighting festival in northeast Arkansas offers live entertainment, and a chance for your children to meet Santa, and tell him their Christmas wishes.

For hunting enthusiasts, Williams has a unique event in the duck capital of the world, right here in Arkansas. Offering a wide variety of entertainment, a duck call contest, and food, it's a great outing for an outdoorsman.

Williams also has information on where you can receive the brochure for the 2016 Arkansas Trail of Lights.

Featured stops in this episode include Blytheville, Corning, and Stuttgart.
