The 69th Annual Jonesboro Christmas Parade is set for Thursday night. Jonesboro Jaycees has released a map of the parade route which can be seen below:
The parade route will begin at the Main St/W Cherry Ave intersection and move north to W. Huntington. The route will then go west on Huntington and then go south on Union St. until ending at the W. Oak Ave intersection.
Other roadways in the area will be used for staging and may be closed. Those roads are:
- South Church St. between East Matthews Ave and East Cherry Ave.
- Buffalo Ave.
- East Oak Ave. between South Church St. and Cobb St.
- East Cherry Ave. from South Main St. to Cobb St.
- South Main St. from Cherry Ave. to Elm Ave.
- South Church St. between East Cherry Ave. and East Nettleton Ave.
The theme of the parade is "A Downhome Country Christmas" and will be held in Downtown Jonesboro on Thursday, December 1st at 7pm.
