Marshall Project: Tracking Arkansas Death Row Inmates Set To Die Next Month

A relatively new nonprofit news organization focusing on issues surrounding the U.S. criminal justice system is tracking the cases of death row inmates scheduled to be executed in Arkansas and nine other states.

The Marshall Project collaborates with other news outlets and journalists to publish investigative reports on national controversy and reform within the criminal justice system.

It also provides information on the history of the death penalty in Arkansas and past executions in the state.

In 2016, the Marshall Project, in partnership with  ProPublica, won the Pulitzer Prize for Explanatory Reporting.

The Marshall Project tracks the cases of those on death row in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas and Virginia.
