When It Comes To Online Voting, Estonia Is Ahead Of The Pack

This election year, millions of Americans are voting either in person or through the mail. Only a handful of states allow online voting.

Estonia, a country in northern Europe, has allowed voting via the internet for years and nearly half of voters there do so. Ari Daniel of IEEE Spectrum reports.
