With cases of COVID-19 surging around the country, testing facilities are having trouble keeping up with demand, and the American Clinical Laboratory Association says it’s running out of critical testing supplies.

Under that backdrop, the Food and Drug Administration greenlighted a new home test — the “COVID-19 All-In-One Test Kit” by Lucira Health.
