President-Elect Biden's Cabinet Is Taking Shape

President-elect Joe Biden plans to nominate Antony Blinken to be his secretary of state, a source familiar with the transition discussions tells NPR’s Franco Ordonez. Blinken is one of Biden’s longest-serving foreign policy advisers.
