Moderna Asks FDA For Emergency Approval For COVID-19 Vaccine It Says Is 94% Effective

Moderna is asking the Food and Drug Administration to fast track its vaccine later on  Monday after new data from a Phase III trial showed it was 94% effective against the coronavirus.

We talk to Dr. Paul Offit, director of the Vaccine Education Center at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
