Texas Health CEO Sounds Alarm As Coronavirus Surges Strain Hospitals

In North Texas, surging coronavirus hospitalizations have strained hospital systems to their capacity. The region is preparing for possible rollbacks of business openings and the postponing of all elective surgeries as open ICU beds become scarce.
