Federal Judge Orders Full Restoration Of DACA

A Brooklyn judge has ordered that the Department of Homeland Security must begin accepting new Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program applications after trying to end the program. The program shields young immigrants from deportation and authorizes them to stay and work.
