Electors from all 50 states are casting their ballots Monday in a vote expected to confirm Joe Biden as the next official president of the United States. Most years, the vote is seen as largely ceremonial, but this year, we talk to NPR’s Miles Parks about how President Trump’s refusal to concede the election has brought the tradition into sharper relief.
