Biden Vows To Cut U.S. Greenhouse Emissions In Half By 2030

President Biden promised to cut greenhouse gas emissions in half by the end of the decade in his opening remarks at Thursday’s Climate Summit. The ambitious goal comes as scientists warn of the increasingly catastrophic toll of climate change.
