Are you trying to get a little exercise in your week? Did you know the library hosts weekly exercise classes in the round room? Join us for one of our four free classes - or all of them! Mind and Body with Eastern Livity features yoga, pilates and gyrokinesis on a rotation. Currently the class is doing yoga. This event is held on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Yoga is held on Thursdays at 12:15 p.m. for a half hour class. Zumba is held on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. Tai Chi is held on Saturday mornings at 10:00 a.m.
