“There is a Northeast Arkansas” became the rallying cry of Jonesboro Mayor Harold Perrin during his State of the City address. Perrin delivered the address at the Arkansas State University Cooper Alumni Center.
He spoke about an ambitious goal for 2020 involving one of the convention center projects, a new bike and pedestrian trail project for the city, and the impact of the opioid epidemic on Jonesboro.
