Arkansas businessman and philanthropist Wallace Fowler died on Wednesday, just two weeks after his wife Jama passed. Visitation is scheduled for Sunday afternoon at 2, with a funeral service set for Monday morning at 10. Both will be at Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
