NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine at Arkansas State University has several ways to train student doctors on a variety of different medical scenarios. Full size mannequins can be programmed to have different medical problems. One can even give birth. Also, NYIT hires standardized patients to help in training doctors. Telling us more about this is the Director of Simulation Learning Matt Charnetski. He tells how he first got started in this path. Click on the Listen button for the entire interview.
