Robert talks to Robert Lighthizer (liht HOW ser), an international trade attorney and Deputy U.S. Trade Representative in the Reagan Administration. Lighthizer says he thinks that Asian business interests made contributions to the DNC because they wanted the Clinton Administration to work toward allowing China into the World Trade Organization.
