By some estimates, there are two rats for every person in the nation's capital. The rodents populate dustbins, bushes and alleys from the cobbled streets of chic Georgetown to the trendy Adams-Morgan neighborhood. NPR's Steve Inskeep reports from the rat-patrol in the District of Columbia.
