Arkansas received $10 million in federal funding to expand maternal and child home visiting services through the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration. Thomas Engels is the administrator for the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration. He says families will have the opportunity to use home visiting services to help navigate insurance, early childhood development, and post-partum recovery, among many other things.
