Runoffs in Craighead County include the race for Jonesboro City Clerk between Linda Allison and April Leggett. Unofficial totals from the Secretary of State's office showed that Allison received 48.31% (11,894) of the vote, while Leggett earned 37.01% (9,111).

The 2020 election is shaping up to be a bit different than 2016 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Arkansas election officials have reported high numbers of absentee ballot requests, as well as large turnouts for folks casting early ballots in person.
