Bipartisan Arkansas state lawmakers to push hate crime bill in legislative session

State lawmakers will vote on a bill in the January legislative session which would increase punishment for people convicted of hate crimes.

Member Station KUAR's Daniel Breen spoke with Rep. Nicole Clowney, a Democrat of Fayetteville, who serves as a co-sponsor of the bill.
