JONESBORO – The College of Education and Behavioral Science at Arkansas State University recognized 34 outstanding graduating students for the 2021-22 academic year during a Convocation of Scholars awards ceremony, according to Dr. Mary Jane Bradley, dean of the college.
The Chancellor’s Scholar award for highest overall grade point in the college was presented to Kaitlin F. Ponder of Jonesboro.
Nicholas Ryan Gotte of Rogers, Sydney F. Lane of Keiser, Emily A. Mitchell of Southaven, Miss., Carson J. Moore of Beebe, Kaitlin F. Ponder of Jonesboro, and Bradley H. Wiggins of McCrory received the 4.0 Graduate Award for completing their degree programs with a perfect grade-point average. The Chancellor’s Scholar is the 4.0 student with the most credit hours.
The departmental awards are presented to the graduate in each degree program who has most excelled in scholarship, leadership and service to the department.
