Monday marked the beginning of the 95th General Assembly in Arkansas.

Arkansas lawmakers start the 95th session, focusing on education reforms, $300M in budget cuts, state worker pay, and a controversial prison plan.

Instead of building one prison in Charleston, money would be divided among already existing prisons.
