The official grand opening of the Embassy Suites hotel and the Red Wolf Convention Center is set for January 16th. However, one event has already taken place, as the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce held their annual chamber banquet inside the Red Wolf Convention Center. Dr. Karen McDaniel is Director of Graduate Programs in the Neil Griffin College of Business, Chair of the Department of Management and Marketing, and Faculty Athletics Representative at Arkansas State. In this interview, KASU News Director Johnathan Reaves talked with her about a hospitality degree program that is in the process of being created at Arkansas State University.
